The Doctoral College at the University of Surrey was established to support the academic and professional development of postgraduate researchers and early career researchers and to ensure our world-leading research continues to grow.
The University of Surrey Doctoral College Conference 2018 will take place on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 July.
This is an opportunity to meet other postgraduate researchers and network with staff to learn more about the wonderful support and services available to you as a researcher at the University of Surrey.
BFWG Scholarships (Academic Awards) are awarded in competition on the basis of overall academic excellence. In effect they are prizes for outstanding academic excellence. They are not intended to meet financial need.

Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing (CVSSP), University of Surrey, is developing some of the most exciting and ground-breaking technologies from facial recognition for security and medical imaging understanding for cancer detection, through to 3D Spatial Audio and 3D reconstruction from video to enable visual-effects production in films and VR and right now we are offering outstanding candidates the opportunity to come and join us.

The DTC draws on a rich variety of collaborations in research and in research training across the partner institutions and benefits from advanced training links to other HEIs in the region.
